1) Who we are:

Loomclean LLC ("Loomclean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides exterior cleaning services including pressure washing and soft washing in the Greater Texarkana area. Contact: [email protected] · 903-662-6996 · No Mailing Address.

2) Acceptance of terms:

By visiting our website, booking an appointment, signing an estimate, or allowing us to perform services on your property, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Reschedule Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer & Liability Waiver.

3) Quotes, scope, and changes:

- Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

- Pricing assumes standard soil levels and safe, reasonable access to work areas.

- If site conditions differ materially (e.g., heavy staining, oil, rust, efflorescence, extreme height), we may propose a change order before proceeding.

4) Scheduling, access, and preparation:

- Customer will provide: clear access to work areas; running water; external power if needed; closed windows; pets secured; vehicles moved; fragile items removed.

- We may arrive within a time window. Weather and safety can affect timing.

5) Payments, deposits, and chargebacks:

- Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major cards and other methods shown on our invoice.

- A deposit may be required to reserve certain jobs.

- By providing a card, you authorize Loomclean to store and charge it for agreed work, change orders, taxes, and fees.

-Chargebacks after service will be disputed with photo/video/time‑stamped evidence. You agree to attempt good‑faith resolution with us first.

6) Satisfaction and remedies:

If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We’ll return once for a reasonable re‑clean or touch‑up of the specific area. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

7) Surfaces, materials, and inherent risks (summary):

- Exterior cleaning involves water, pressure, and detergents. Certain materials (oxidized siding/paint, aged wood, loose mortar, efflorescence, failing seals, brittle screens, old gutters, compromised concrete, hairline cracks) may shed, lift, or reveal pre‑existing defects during cleaning. See the Disclaimer for a detailed list of inherent risks you accept by booking service.

8) Weather and safety:

- For safety, we may reschedule due to lightning, high winds, freezing temps, or severe weather.

- Slippery surfaces may persist for a short time after service; use caution.

9) Limited warranty & limitation of liability:

- Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond what is expressly stated.

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

- We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10) Photos & video:

- We may capture before/after media for quality control and marketing. You grant us a non‑exclusive license to use such media that does not show personally identifying info. To opt out, email [email protected] before your appointment.

11) Third‑party providers:

- We may use subcontractors or third‑party vendors (e.g., payment processors). They must adhere to professional standards consistent with our policies.

12) Disputes, venue, and governing law:

- You agree to first attempt good‑faith resolution with us within 15 days of notice.

- If unresolved, claims shall be brought in Bowie County, Texas small claims or other court of competent jurisdiction.

- Texas law governs these Terms.

13) Changes to Terms:

- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site/services after changes constitutes acceptance. “Last updated” date will be posted.

LoomClean Refund & Service Policy:

Effective Date: 9/24/2025

At LoomClean, our goal is your satisfaction with every service. Because our work is labor-based and scheduled in advance, our refund policy is as follows:

Deposits: Any booking deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Card on File: Your card is stored securely and will only be charged after service is completed, unless you chose to prepay.

Completed Services: Once a cleaning/restoration service has been completed, payments are non-refundable. If there is an issue with service quality, LoomClean will return to address the problem at no additional cost.

Prepaid Jobs: If you prepaid and cancel more than 24 hours before service, you are eligible for a full refund.

Disputes: For any billing concerns, please contact us directly within 7 days at [your phone/email] so we can resolve the matter quickly.
